The assault occurred on May 7, 2025, when Nathanial Radimak was driving a Tesla down Halekauwila Street in Honolulu and he sped past an 18-year-old trying to park her car, according to an April court motion. The woman, who was driving with her mother, had just received her driver’s permit and was practicing parallel parking.

According to the sentencing motion, Radimak almost clipped the car and the teen yelled, “slow the f–k down!,” which prompted Radimak to turn around and approach the car.

Radimak told the driver, “What did you say? Say it to me again. I’ll punch the f—k out of you,” according to the document. He then reached inside the car, punched the woman’s jaw and shoulder area.

The mother threw a cup of iced coffee at the Tesla and then Radimak “bull-rushed” her, pushing her to the side, punching her in the face and knocking her to the ground, according to the document.

Surveillance footage published by KITV shows the violent encounter with Radimak getting out of his car and approaching the other vehicle, repeatedly striking them. According to the court document, the daughter didn’t need medical treatment, but the mother had a cut on her forehead and needed eight stitches.

Radimak was arrested on May 8, 2025 in Waikiki by the Honolulu Police Department. On January 6, he pleaded no contest to the charges without a plea agreement in place.

Prosecuting attorneys called the case a “series of deliberate and absolutely senseless acts by Defendant and two separate victims.”

Radimak has been involved in previous road rage incidents in Los Angeles. Radimak was charged in 2023 with threatening multiple drivers in Southern California and damaging some of their cars. He was convicted in 2023 and sentenced to five years in prison, but served less than a year of his sentence before being released on parole, according to the LA Times.

In one of the LA cases, Radimak was accused of using a pipe and striking someone’s car before following them to a nearby mall in Pasadena later that day.

One victim, Beth Lamprecht, , she was driving near her home in Los Angeles when Radimak slammed on his brakes in front of her vehicle and then exited with a crowbar and repeatedly hit her driver’s side window.

“He attempted to open my driver’s side door, which thankfully was locked, while yelling verbal threats at me, and I did truly fear for my life in that moment,” Lamprecht said.
